Abstract:
This paper designed a complaint handling system of railway passenger electronic payment, which solved the problem of long processing time for passenger complaints and refunds. By virtualization technology, memory-based distributed cluster technology, combined with railway network as well as railway ticketing and reservation system, electronic payment platform architecture, all business and technology departments could jointly handle complaints under the unified platform system. On the premise of ensuring the safety of railway funds, the system can effectively improve the efficiency of handling the problem of complaint refund, shorten the time of cross-departmental and crosssystem flow audit, and ultimately shorten the time of handling complaints.
