Abstract: In order to solve the safety management problems encountered in railway construction, this article designed and developed a railway business line construction and operation monitoring system. The system used face recognition, radio frequency identification(RFID), mobile APP, data-driven-documents(D3) vector graphics technology, implemented the intelligent authentication of operator identity, electronic management of small machine access network, key information acquisition on site, cadre performance tracking and electronic drawing of various charts. It satisfies the requirement of construction safety management of service departments, solves many problems of construction safety management of business lines, and improves the safety and management efficiency of construction and operations.
