Decision-making method of railway line main technical standards based on case base

摘要: 为解决线路主要技术标准的方案决策优化问题,提出了基于案例库的线路主要技术标准决策方法。通过收集大量的既有选线实例,分析线路主要技术标准的影响因素及作用机理,提取出主要的影响因素。将各类影响因素划分为不同的属性单元,由属性单元与主要技术标准之间的关系设计入库规则,建立基于GIS的线路主要技术标准案例库。以新建天水—陇南铁路为例对该方法进行验证,由查询语句实现线路的主要技术标准选定,与传统方法相比提高了科学性。

Abstract: In order to solve the decision-making optimization of main technical standards of the railway, this paper proposed a decision-making method based on case base. Through collecting a large number of existing railway decision cases, analyzing the influencing factors and action mechanism of the main technical standards of the railway, the paper extracted the main factors, divided the influencing factors into different attribute units, designed the rules of inputting into the database by the relationship between attribute units and main technical standards. The case base of main technical standards for lines based on GIS was established. Taking the newly built Tianshui-Longnan Railway as an example, the method was validated. The main technical standards of the line were selected by query sentences, which improved the scientific nature compared with the traditional method.-
