基于LabVIEW的地铁列车牵引制动模拟试验台设计

Traction and braking simulation test-bed for metro train based on LabVIEW

  • 摘要: 为了满足课堂教学和简单实验的需要,基于LabVIEW软件实现了地铁列车牵引制动模拟试验台的设计和搭建。试验台由计算机和模拟装置组成,其控制程序的开发通过LabVIEW软件编程实现。传感器信号由数据采集卡的输入端采集后输入计算机,经过分析计算得到控制指令,由串口和数据采集卡的输出端发送到执行机构。三相交流电机接收到变频器的控制指令后调整转速模拟牵引过程;直流电动推杆接收到程控电源的控制指令后模拟制动过程。试验台的实时运行状态由传感器采集后回传计算机,实现了试验台的闭环控制和状态监测。通过友好的人机交互界面和计算机的自动控制,实现了对地铁列车运行时的起动加速工况、惰行工况和制动工况的模拟。实践证明,模拟试验台运行稳定流畅,实现了数值仿真和实物模拟相结合的效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the needs of classroom teaching and simple experiments, a traction and braking simulation testbed for metro train based on LabVIEW software was been designed and established. The test-bed was made up of a computer and a simulation device and its control program was developed by LabVIEW software. The sensor signal was collected by the input terminal of the data acquisition card and then transmitted to the computer. The control command was obtained by analysis and calculation, and sent to the actuator through the data acquisition card and serial port. After receiving the control command, the speed of three-phase AC motor was adjusted by the inverter, to simulate the traction process. The DC electric putter was controlled by the programmable power supply to simulate the braking process. The real-time state of the test-bed collected by sensors was returned to the computer to achieve closed-loop control and condition monitoring. The simulation of the acceleration, coasting and braking condition for metro train was accomplished by friendly man-machine interface and computer automatic control. Practices prove that the test-bed is stable and smooth when running. The combination of numerical simulation and physical simulation were implemented.
