Abstract:
According to the development status of the domestic EMU actual needs and sensing technology for train running, this paper analyzed the data, users and business requirements of the ground system of the EMU fault prediction and health management at this stage, put forward a set of system design schemes based on the super fusion technology, the two level hardware deployment of the China Railway and the EMU depot, and the four level application of the China Railway, railway administration, EMU depot, application office. The paper also clearly defined the interface between fault prediction and health management system and existing EMU management information system and the closed loop management mechanism of predictive failure, prospected the application prospect of the EMU fault prediction and health management system(PHM), made positive thinking such as the construction of EMU fault PHM system, the implementation of EMU visual inspection and maintenance, improvement of the efficiency of EMU operation and maintenance.
