铁路旅客人身意外伤害保险销售应用设计

  • 摘要: 为了使受到人身意外伤害的旅客获得及时救助,同时减轻铁路企业的经济和舆论压力,铁路急需开展旅客人身意外伤害保险业务。以新一代客票系统的整体框架为基础,论述铁路旅客人身意外伤害保险业务集中模式、三级应用的系统架构,运用C/S和B/S相结合的技术,从12306网站和车站窗口2方面阐述乘意险销售、变更、退保等业务功能设计。在稳定可靠的技术架构支撑下,保险销售业务实践效果良好,满足业务需求,社会效益显著。展望了其他客运服务的愿景。

     

    Abstract: In order to make personal accident passengers receive timely assistance, while reduce the pressure of railway enterprise economy and public opinion, it is necessary to carry out the railway passenger personal accident injury insurance business. Based on the overall framework of the new generation railway ticketing and reservation system, this paper discussed the centralized model of railway passenger personal accident injury insurance business, and the system architecture of three level application by using C/S and B/S technology, described the design of business function for insurance sales and insurance alteration as well as insurance cancellation from two aspects of the 12306 Website and the station windows. Supported by stable and reliable technical architecture, the insurance sales business is practiced well, can meet the needs of the business, gets significant social benefits. It was prospected other passenger service vision.
