Abstract: Through the analysis of the existing railway credit system, this paper put forward the construction thought of railway passenger credit system, elaborated credit file, evaluation index, evaluation model and application of credit results in the process of the construction of credit system, proposed some suggestions for the construction of the railway passenger credit system. The railway passenger credit system would play a positive and irreplaceable role in the railway transport service system.
