铁路工程建设中拌合机报警情况分析研究

  • 摘要: 铁路工地拌合站是铁路工程建设过程中至关重要的一部分,在工程建设过程中所用到的混凝土均由现场拌合站负责提供,而拌合站中拌合机的工作情况直接影响项目整体质量。现有的施工标准中,对拌合机工作过程中的各项指标均有规定,对于不符合标准的情况也有不同划分。文章依托铁路工程建设信息化管理平台所收集到的数据,借助目前较为成熟的大数据分析平台,对现有拌合机报警数据进行深入分析,采用编码方式或人工识别等方式开展数据清洗、数据关联等工作,同时对时间报警、材料报警等不同类别、不同等级的报警信息进行具体分析,探索不同级别报警在时间维度的分布规律,最终得出拌合机报警情况与时间之间的关系,为下一步对拌合站报警进行预测奠定基础。

     

    Abstract: The railway mixing station plays a vital role in the railway construction process. All the concrete used in the construction process is provided by the on-site mixing stations, while the operating condition of the mixing machine at the mixing stations can directly affect the overall quality of the project. In the existing construction standard, all data indicators are stipulated in the process of mixing machine operation. There are also different stipulations for the conditions which do not conform to the standards. Based on the data collected by the information management platform of railway engineering construction, this article made an in-depth analysis on the existing alarm data of mixing machine by means of the big data analysis platform. The data cleaning and data association were carried out by coding or manual identification adopting methods such as data cleaning, data association, etc. Meanwhile, the article made a concrete analysis on the alarm information of different types and different grades such as the time alarm and material alarm, explored the distribution regularities for different levels of alarm in the time dimension, got the relationship between mixing machine alarm and time, laid the foundation for the next step to predict the mixing station alarm.
