摘要: 介绍轨道车辆二维快速布局设计系统的构建方案及应用情况。通过归纳分析轨道车辆各系统功能单元结构特点及接口关系,基于参数化设计理念,在AutoCAD/Windchill软件基础上,基于车辆二维平断面布置设计流程,采用二次程序开发,形成了可配置式二维快速布局设计系统。通过该系统,实现了后台参数化设备图块的配置、添加、修改,后台数据的集中管理和权限分配等;前台以人性化的导航界面引导设计人员实现了车辆快速选形定形,设备图块位置的快速放置与调整,设备图块参数化驱动,从而实现平断面图的快速设计,规范了二维快速布局的配置及操作方法,确保了设计流程的上下贯通与设计数据流向的准确性,有效缩短了产品研发周期,提高了研发的质量。Abstract: The article introduced the construction scheme of two dimensional rapid layout design system for railway vehicle and its practical applications. The configurable system was designed through analyzing the structure characteristics of the railway vehicle functional unit and the interface relationship, based on the concept of parametric design and the vehicle two dimensional plane-section layout design process, using redeveloped program based on AutoCAD/Windchill. The system implemented the configuration, addition and modification of background parameterized device block, centralized management and permission assignment of background data. Rapid shape selection of the vehicle template, rapid deployment and modify of device block, parametric drive of device block were achieved by user-friendly navigation interface. Then the rapid design of plane-section drawings was implemented. It was standardized the configuration and operation methods of two dimensional rapid layout, ensured the design process bottom-to-top and the accuracy of design data flow, shortened the product development cycle, improved the quality of a qualified research and development.
