Design of intelligent station equipment operation and maintenance management system for high-speed railway and research on its key technologies

摘要: 结合我国高铁车站设备管理现状,研究利用三维可视化技术与物联网技术相结合,实现高铁车站设备智能化运维管理系统;提出高铁车站设备智能化运维管理系统总体架构,描述了高铁车站智能化运维系统用户构成和主要功能;提出采用Revit、3Dmax进行三维组合建模,利用ArcGIS Pro制作数据并发布服务,基于ArcGIS进行二次开发;融合多源数据,利用物联网技术采集并传输数据,将高铁车站设备台账、图纸、运维、监控等数据集成至三维模型中,满足各级用户需求,有助于提升高铁车站信息化水平、改善设备运维管理方式、降低运维成本。Abstract: Based on the current situation of station equipment management in Chinese high-speed railway, a study of using 3D visualization technology and Internet of Things technology to realize the intelligent station equipment operation and maintenance management system for high-speed railway is made. The general framework of the system is given together with a description of its user structure and main functions. It is proposed to use Revit and 3DMAX for combined three-dimensional modeling, to use ArcGIS Pro for data creation and service publishing, and to make secondary development over ArcGIS by integrating multi-source data and using Internet of Things technology to collect and transmit data. By integrating technical records of high-speed railway station equipment, drawings, operation and maintenance data, monitoring data, etc. into the three-dimensional model to meet the needs of the users at different levels, the system will facilitate enhancing the level of informatization of high-speed railway station, improving the mode of station equipment operation and maintenance management, and reducing the cost in equipment operation and maintenance.
