动车组受电弓区域被动降噪技术研究

Passive noise reduction technology of EMU pantograph area

  • 摘要: 对高速动车组受电弓区域的外装结构及内装材料进行研究,采用实验法测试新结构及新材料加入前后受电弓区域隔声特性的变化,并对新结构及新材料加入前后的隔声特性变化情况进行对比和分析。研究结果表明,在受电弓平顶基础结构施加隔声罩、轻质吸音棉和超薄吸音板,能够在全频段内有效改善受电弓平顶结构的隔声水平。该结论可为动车组受电弓结构的隔声设计提供实验依据。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the exterior structure and interior materials of the pantograph area of the high-speed EMU were studied. The changes of the sound insulation characteristics of the pantograph area before and after the new structure and the new materials were tested, contrasted and analyzed by the experimental method. The results showed that the noise level of the pantograph flat roof structure could be effectively improved in the whole frequency band by applying sound insulation hood, light sound absorbing cotton and ultra-thin sound absorbing plate in the pantograph flat roof foundation. The conclusion of this paper can provide experimental basis for the sound insulation design of the pantograph structure of EMU.
