Abstract: This paper combined the railway safety risk characteristics and safety features, put forward two kinds of risk quantification model, which were risk quantification early warning model based on improved risk matrix and risk quantification early warning model based on railway risk event “loss value” . The models were applied to the railway safety risk warning information system. In the implementation of railway dynamic security risk assessment and early warning function, it achieved good results, provided effective technical means to improve railway safety risk control ability.
