铁路科技创新平台资源管理系统的设计与实现

Resource management system for railway science and technology innovation platform

  • 摘要: 运用先进的管理系统对实验室进行科学、规范管理,是实验室管理发展的必然趋势,这种方式可有效地缩短实验周期,降低实验开销,提高科研实验资源的利用率。为进一步规范化铁路科技创新平台管理,采用B/S架构、工作流、可视化等技术,设计完成了铁路科技创新平台资源管理系统,在创新平台中的高速铁路系统试验国家工程实验室、高速铁路轨道技术国家重点实验室等开展试点应用,实现了铁路科技创新平台的流程化、集中化、标准化、规范化的综合管理。本文主要介绍该系统架构、总体设计及各项功能。

     

    Abstract: The use of advanced management system to carry out scientific and standardized management of the laboratory is the inevitable trend of the laboratory management development. In this way, the experimental cycle can be effectively shortened, the experimental overhead can be reduced, and the utilization of scientific research and experimental resources can be improved. To further standardize the management of the railway science and technology innovation platform, this paper used the technologies of B/S architecture, workflow and visualization, designed and implemented the resource management system for the railway science and technology innovation platform. The system was used in National Engineering Laboratory for System Test of High-Speed Railway and State Key Laboratory for Track Technology of High-Speed Railway of the innovation platform as a pilot applications. The system implemented centralized, standardized, normalized and integrated management of the railway science and technology innovation platform. This paper mainly introduced the system architecture, the overall design and functions.
