分形维数在接触网隔离开关故障识别中的应用

摘要: 接触网隔离开关是牵引供电系统中的重要设备,其运行可靠性对于整个牵引供电系统的安全运行有着重要意义。隔离开关故障原因具有多样性与随机性,对不同故障进行及时有效识别存在一定的难度。文章针对隔离开关运行中机械特性,对其电机电流与输出扭矩间存在的关系进行推导,找出它们之间的二次函数关系,证明电机电流可以用以表征隔离开关的运行状态。通过搭建起电机电流采集系统,采集到一定量的电机电流信号,应用分形维数定理对电机电流进行特征提取,在一定程度上实现了对隔离开关机械故障的识别、分类,为接触网隔离开关故障诊断提供了一个新的思路。Abstract: The catenary isolating switch is an important equipment in the traction power supply system, and its reliability is of great significance for stable operation of the whole power supply system. The isolating switch faults have the characteristics of variability, randomness. It is difficult to make a prompt and effective diagnosis on those faults. In this paper, according to the mechanical characteristics of isolating switch operation, it was deduced the function relation between the motor current and the output torque, found the quadratic function relationship between them, proved that the motor current could be used to characterize the running state of the isolation switch. A certain amount of motor current was obtained by the motor current acquisition system, the feature of motor current was extracted by fractal dimension theorem. The identification and classification of the mechanical faults of the isolating switch were implemented in a certain extent. It provided a new idea for the fault identification of catenary isolating switch.
