Abstract: In order to make a scientific and reasonable strategy for the freight transportation development of Ganqimaodu Station, based on the analysis to the current situation of freight transportation development of the station, the SWOT quantitative model for the freight transportation development of station was constructed by using coordinate method. An active and exploring strategy should be adopted by analyzing the models. The reasonability of the model was verified.
