摘要: 针对信息系统运行维护，提出以设备、项目和人员管理为主线，建立信息系统运行维护综合管理平台，通过对运行维护组织全过程管理标准化、精细化管理，实现作业流程闭合控制。

Abstract: In order to maintain the operation of Information System, this article put forward the establishment of integrated management platform for operation and maintenance of Information System which taken equipment, projects and personnel management as the main line. The closed control for work flow was implemented by standardization and fine management of the whole process of operation and maintenance organization.
