Abstract: In order to promote the service level of railway Internet application, this article analyzed the Internet technology and application status of the 12306 websites. Referring to foreign railway business model and content of the Internet service, including railway products and extended services, the article put forward the development direction of the core and extended business of the Internet service for railway passenger transport in our country, designed the business content of the railway passenger transport Internet service platform.
