Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of shallow information application, scattered data resources, low efficiency of collaborative management, and large investment in maintenance and management in the traditional railway building equipment management, this paper proposed the railway building information management platform based on BIM. Through the introduction of BIM technology, various data information such as building equipment ledger, space layout, and installation of complex process procedures were integrated into the 3D model to implement visualized management of building equipment, data information integration, equipment simulation and simulation analysis. Through the use of GIS technology, real-time positioning and tracking management of personnel operations were implemented. The BIMbased railway building information management platform has practical significance for promoting the standardization, informationization, refinement and intelligent management of railway building equipment.
