Abstract:
Passenger train’s equipment installation beam of railway passenger cars is an important bearing structure under the cars, so there are strict requirements on its strength. This article built up the finite element model of the equipment installation beam, calculated the overall stress distribution of equipment compartment to assess its structure static strength, used Goodman fatigue curve to analyze and calculate the fatigue strength of equipment compartment. Results showed that the static strength and fatigue strength of the equipment compartment structure could meet the design requirements under three-dimensional impact load and dynamic load, reached the purpose of verifying the structure safety.
