摘要: 深入分析现场计量管理难点，阐述铁路局计量管理信息系统的整体设计、实现过程及推广应用情况。系统以计量器具基础管理为依托，规范动态过程管理，精细化量值溯源体系和计量监督管理，实现计量证书、通知书以及委托书等自动生成。

Abstract: In depth analysis of the difficulties in the measurement management of the field, this article expounded the overall design and implementation process of the Measurement Management Information System for the railway administration and the application of the System. The System was based on the basic management of measuring instruments, used to standardize dynamic process management such as finer measurement traceability system and the supervision management of measurement, implement the automatic generation of measurement certificate, notice, proxy.
