Abstract: In order to change the traditional model of railway freight escort safety monitoring and management, meet the requirements for cargo security, it was put forward the technical proposal of the Railway Freight Escort Safety Monitoring System including the general frame, process design, function design, the System was based on contactless IC card. The application of the System could improve the quality and efficiency of the escorting, provide a technical support for the railway freight transport security.
