Abstract: Permanent Way Problem Management System was developed by scientific idea of using problem management, process method and standardization management. The System could be used to deal with the problems of classification and graded fine management, implement closed-loop regulation on the key link of problem disposal, improved significantly the efficiency and technical level of permanent way safety problem management.
