摘要: 本文分析铁路电话订票系统运行现状，以改善系统服务质量为目的，从提高订票效率、提供支付手段及其他多元化服务角度进行研究，提出了系统延伸服务方案。

Abstract: For improving the service quality of Railway Telephone Ticketing and Reservation System, based on the operation status of the System, this article analyzed from improving the efficiency of ticketing and reservation, providing means of payment and other diversification perspective, proposed a solution on extension services of the System.
