Abstract: Based on the engineering management platform V1.0 (digital Zhengzhou-WanzhouRailway), this paper put forward the deepening ideas and construction contents of the platform V1.1, as well as eight functional systems for project construction management.The eight systems included safety, quality, progress, investment, design, environmental protection, supervision and comprehensive management systems. The paper described the construction contents of the eight systems in detail, summarized the promotion situation, application effect and existing problems of the platform.The platform has initially implemented the innovation and upgrading of engineering construction project management means, helped China's railway construction management enter a new era, and laid a technical foundation for the whole life cycle engineering management.
