Abstract: This paper proposed the application of mobile phone APP in the existing railway information system. The information and service were pushed to a million public users, allowed users to enjoy the recommended scheme of the information service more convenient and efficient. The demand and function design of railway mobile phone APP were described. The feasibility and benefit of the APP project were analyzed, which could be with broad prospect in railway service and marketing application.
