Abstract: This paper designed a new set of Contract Management Information System for railway information technology enterprises. The System was with four levels of data layer, support layer, business layer, access layer and clarified the relationship between the various subsystems, implemented the key system design. The paper analyzed the contract drafting / change, financial management, performance management, system management functions. This System could meet the requirements of management for railway information technology enterprise and make the enterprise operation more standardized, scientific.
