Abstract: In order to study the construction strategic deployment of transportation powerful nation, and the smart urban rail transit information based construction based on the new infrastructure construction, this paper carried out the overall design and detailed elaboration of urban rail transit information based planning from the overall idea of information based planning, business architecture of digital process and cloud based technology architecture by using the new generation of information technology and information system, put forward the key technical points in the digital transformation, and provided an overall solution for urban rail transit enterprises to accelerate the transformation of cloud, digital and intelligent.
