BIM技术在高速铁路接触网工程中的应用研究

  • 摘要: 通过对建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在高速铁路接触网工程中应用的深入探讨和研究,在设计阶段建立接触网零部件三维族库BIM。通过参数化快速腕臂装配建模、线路模型布置,开展碰撞检查、仿真模拟,实现接触网最优设计;通过BIM工程量自动统计、出图功能,提高设计效率。施工安装阶段利用BIM技术,进行工程进度展示,设计交底、施工方案交底,指导施工并提高施工质量。基于BIM的接触网数据集成与传递,实现接触网BIM承载的建设管理过程信息无缝转移到运维阶段,为将来智能运维奠定基础。

     

    Abstract: The purpose of this paper was to discuss and research the application of BIM technology in catenary engineering of high speed railway. In the design stage, the three-dimensional family library BIM model of catenary components was established, and the optimal design of catenary was implemented by parameterized rapid wrist arm assembly modeling, line model layout, collision inspection and simulation. The design efficiency was improved by BIM automatic statistics of engineering quantity and drawing function. In the construction and installation stage, BIM technology was used to demonstrate the schedule of the project, disclose design and construction plan documents, guide the construction and improve the construction quality. The BIM based catenary data integration and transmission could implement that the construction management process information carried by BIM model of overhead contact line was seamlessly transferred to operation and maintenance stage, which laid a foundation for future intelligent operation and maintenance.
