Abstract: Train reception and departure operation was an important aspect in railway transportation production, was one of the important jobs in railway station. A convenient, comprehensive Emergency Management Guidance System for abnormal train reception and departure helped improve the safety factor, enhance transport efficiency, reduce unnecessary accidents. This paper made a systematic part design, rights design, functional design, module design and database design. Through the design of the database, it was implemented the function of unlimited sub-classification, developed a prototype of the Emergency Management Guidance System for abnormal train reception and departure.
