  • 摘要: 从电信运营商的运维现状、ITIL基本理论、ITIL应用思路3个方面对引入ITIL理论在电信运维管理工作中的应用进行分析,结合实际,介绍ITIL的具体实践.建议电信运营企业应以客户为中心,不断应用ITIL完善自身运维管理,提高服务质量.
