Abstract:
To quantify the implementation effectiveness of digital-intelligent renovation projects for railway logistics yards and remedy the deficiency in multi-dimensional benefit measurement of current evaluation systems, this paper constructed a standardized evaluation model suited to railway logistics yard operation scenarios. The paper adopted the literature induction method to sort out existing research findings and establish indicators for the criterion layer, determined the scheme layer through field investigations of logistics yards, built the evaluation framework using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and calculated the comprehensive effectiveness weights of each renovation scheme. Case analysis shows that this method effectively quantifies the overall benefits of logistics yard renovation. It supports pre-project scheme comparison and renovation priority determination under capital constraints, and provides quantitative decision support for the digital-intelligent upgrading of railway logistics yards.
