Abstract: Xi'an International Port Station serves as a vital inland hub supporting the Belt and Road Initiative. Aiming at its drawbacks including low automation, difficult business collaboration and extensive management mode, this paper designed the Xi'an International Port intelligent yard system. Integrating Internet of Things(IoT), artificial intelligence and digital twin technologies, the system took the integrated control management center as the core and integrated three subsystems: integrated production, intelligent comprehensive service and yard digitalization, with a variety of supporting facilities and equipment. It delivers capabilities of centralized command, process visualization and intelligent scheduling. Field applications show that the system significantly improves the operation efficiency, safety management level and customer service quality of Xi'an International Port. It provides demonstration value for the high-quality development of China-Europe Railway Express and the digital and intelligent transformation of similar yards.
