Abstract:
To accommodate innovative development modes and paths of high-speed railway express delivery services, the existing high-speed railway operation platform needs to be upgraded and optimized to support the launch and operation of new products with higher efficiency. This paper proposed a development and optimization scheme for the high-speed railway express delivery information service platform (hereinafter referred to as the platform) based on the demand characteristics of high-speed railway express delivery services. It adopted key technologies including whole-process cargo tracking, intelligent routing and secure data sharing to implement five core functions: client mini-program, order center, core operation management, financial settlement reconciliation and operation monitoring. Practical applications verify that the proposed platform improves the operational efficiency and service quality of high-speed railway express delivery operations and enhances the market competitiveness of high-speed railway express products.
