Abstract:
To address the problems of insufficient refined and digital management control for key operations such as tamping and grinding by railway heavy duty maintenance machinery, as well as difficulties in constructing the dynamic historical record system of permanent way equipment, this paper designed and developed a dynamic historical record platform for permanent way equipment under railway heavy duty maintenance machinery operations. Relying on key technologies including full process digital modeling of maintenance operations, multi source heterogeneous data fusion and processing, construction of dynamic historical records for permanent way equipment, whole chain closed loop management control and visual analysis, this paper built a mileage time sequence dual primary key track historical record data model, opened up the fusion link among on board sensor data, manual acceptance data and historical account data, and established an online closed loop management control system covering construction collaboration, quality verification, historical record archiving and data analysis. Test results show that the platform realizes unified aggregation of maintenance time series data, improves track quality management level and operation maintenance efficiency, provides dynamic data support for the construction of railway infrastructure digital twins, and promotes the transformation of permanent way operation maintenance from experience driven mode to data driven mode.
