Abstract:
To address the problems including diverse equipment types, scattered detection and monitoring data, and delayed condition evaluation in railway traction substations, this paper designed and developed a dynamic condition evaluation system for railway traction substation equipment. The paper described the architecture and functions of the system, adopted multi source heterogeneous data fusion and standardized governance technologies to integrate data from inspections, tests and maintenance, and provided data sources for condition evaluation. By incorporating the dynamic condition evaluation model for traction substation equipment, it solidified a four level automatic workflow to eliminate discrepancies in evaluation criteria and update lag. Based on intelligent identification and automatic processing technologies, the system transformed post event defect registration into process oriented management and reduced arbitrary data entry and information loss. Pilot applications show that the system realizes the linkage of data aggregation, condition evaluation, defect disposal and production organization, and improves evaluation efficiency and the supporting capacity for maintenance decision making.
