Abstract:
Aiming at the pain points of marshalling yards such as fragmentation of multi-professional systems, lagging operation information transmission, and passive safety management and control, this paper develops an intelligent collaborative management and control system for marshalling yard operations with Handan South Marshalling Yard as the engineering pilot. Based on the current operation status of the marshalling yard and the cross-professional collaboration requirements, the microservice B/S architecture is adopted to build eight functional modules: system management, data access and integration, collaborative management and control of train receiving and dispatching operations, collaborative management and control of shunting operations, closed-loop management of technical operations, management and control of construction plans and dispatching orders, intelligent electronic track occupation board, and transportation analysis and performance appraisal. Key technologies such as multi-source heterogeneous data fusion and intelligent judgment of spatio-temporal conflicts are developed to realize efficient data intercommunication among multiple systems and digital closed-loop management and control of the entire operation chain. Field applications show that the system adapts to the high-intensity operation requirements of Handan South Marshalling Yard, can significantly reduce the transit operation time, strengthen pre-event risk early warning, and provide practical reference for the digital and intelligent transformation of marshalling yards.
