基于传感器技术的智能化机房安全管理系统设计与实现

  • 摘要: 针对铁路机房管理模式分散、监控智能化程度不高、运行维护效率低、出现故障难以快速排查定位且无法实现故障预警等问题,设计并实现了一套基于传感器技术的铁路机房智能化安全管理系统。文章阐述了系统架构,通过多源传感器数据融合等技术实现了机房设备状态实时监测、环境参数动态感知、风险智能预警、运行维护流程自动化等功能。实际应用表明,该系统有效提升了铁路机房安全管理的智能化水平与运行维护效率,降低了运营成本,为铁路机房的稳定运行提供了有力保障。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at practical deficiencies in railway equipment rooms, including decentralized management frameworks, insufficient intelligent monitoring capacity, low operation and maintenance efficiency, slow fault diagnosis and localization, and the lack of proactive fault early warning capability, this paper designed and implemented an intelligent computer room safety management system based on sensor technology. The paper elaborated the overall architecture of the system. By adopting multi-source sensor data fusion technology, the system realized functions including real-time status monitoring of equipment, dynamic perception of environmental parameters, intelligent early warning of operational risks, and automatic management of operation and maintenance workflows. Practical application results verify that the system improves the intelligence level of safety management and the efficiency of operation and maintenance for railway equipment rooms, cuts operational management costs, and delivers reliable technical support for the safe and stable operation of equipment inside railway equipment rooms.
