Abstract:
Aiming at the problems arising from the long-term management of railway professional operation instructions via static documents such as Word and PDF, including low content structurization, difficult version traceability and low on-site query efficiency, this paper designed and implemented an intelligent application system for operation instruction documents of railway specialties. This paper constructed the overall framework based on the RuoYi microservice architecture. It adopted a structured modeling method to decompose and standardize core elements uniformly, covering operational procedures, tools and materials, quality specifications as well as safety requirements. A full-lifecycle version management mechanism was correspondingly designed to realize traceable control of operational contents. Relying on the combination of structured knowledge retrieval and rule constraints, the developed system realized auxiliary query and intelligent question-answering functions for field operations. The system was deployed for pilot application at partial vehicle specialty operation sites of China Railway Nanchang Group Co., Ltd. Practical application results demonstrate that the system improves the convenience of acquiring on-site operation information and the consistency in implementing operational standards effectively. It provides a feasible technical implementation route for the transformation of railway professional operation instructions from the traditional document management mode to structured and intelligent application.
