铁路智能客站全景指挥系统的设计与应用研究

  • 摘要: 针对铁路客站运营面临的跨专业系统协同难、服务质量精细化不足等挑战,利用数字孪生技术构建了铁路智能客站全景指挥系统。通过集成旅客服务、生产作业与设备运行等多维数据,实现了二维运营看板与三维车站模型的深度融合与全场景信息联动。支持对车站运营的全面监控、跨部门协同指挥与数据驱动的智能决策,可有效提升车站运营效率和服务质量,为铁路智能客站的运营管理提供有力支持。

     

    Abstract: To tackle challenges including difficult cross-disciplinary system collaboration and insufficient refined service quality during the operation of railway passenger stations, this paper constructed a panoramic operation command system for railway intelligent passenger stations by adopting digital twin technology. This system integrated multi-dimensional data covering passenger services, on-site operations and equipment operating status, and realized deep integration of two-dimensional operation dashboards and three-dimensional station models together with full-scene information linkage. It supports comprehensive monitoring of station operation, cross-departmental collaborative command and data-driven intelligent decision-making, effectively improves station operation efficiency and passenger service quality, and provides solid technical support for the operation and management of intelligent railway passenger stations.
