Abstract:
To tackle challenges including difficult cross-disciplinary system collaboration and insufficient refined service quality during the operation of railway passenger stations, this paper constructed a panoramic operation command system for railway intelligent passenger stations by adopting digital twin technology. This system integrated multi-dimensional data covering passenger services, on-site operations and equipment operating status, and realized deep integration of two-dimensional operation dashboards and three-dimensional station models together with full-scene information linkage. It supports comprehensive monitoring of station operation, cross-departmental collaborative command and data-driven intelligent decision-making, effectively improves station operation efficiency and passenger service quality, and provides solid technical support for the operation and management of intelligent railway passenger stations.
