基于BIM和多源数据融合的铁路智慧工地数字孪生场景构建方法研究

Construction method of digital twin scenarios for railway smart construction sites based on BIM and multi-source data fusion

  • 摘要: 针对铁路项目建设规模扩大与复杂性增加的管理挑战,研究提出基于BIM和多源数据融合的铁路智慧工地数字孪生场景构建方法。文章通过集成BIM(Building Information Modeling)、地理信息系统、物联网传感器等多源数据,构建支持铁路工程全生命周期的数字孪生框架,实现工地信息集约化管理与智能化响应。研究多源数据采集、融合策略及数据标准,提出数字孪生场景构建技术路径。经隧道实体段实验室测试与现场试点验证表明,该方法能够提升项目管理效率、降低运营维护成本,达到几何−语义误差≤2 cm,响应时延≤1.8 s。该研究为铁路及类似线性工程智慧工地数字孪生应用提供技术支撑与可行方案。

     

    Abstract: Faced with the management challenges brought by the expanding scale and increasing complexity of railway project construction, this paper proposed a construction method of digital twin scenarios for railway smart construction sites based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and multi-source data fusion. The paper integrated multi-source data including BIM, geographic information system, and Internet of Things sensors to construct a digital twin framework supporting the full life cycle of railway engineering, and realized intensive management and intelligent response of construction site information. It investigated the collection and fusion strategies as well as unified standards of multi-source data, and put forward the technical path for digital twin scenario construction. Laboratory tests on physical tunnel sections and on-site pilot verifications show that the proposed method effectively improves project management efficiency and reduces operation and maintenance costs, with geometric-semantic error within 2 cm and response delay within 1.8 s. This study provides technical support and a feasible solution for the application of digital twin technology in smart construction sites of railway and similar linear engineering projects.
