基于工电供一体化平台的作业可视化系统设计与实现

Operation visualization system based on integrated platform for railway permanent way, communication and signaling, and power supply

  • 摘要: 针对多专业联合作业及管理效率不高、各专业职责分工不明确、安全卡控匮乏等问题,设计并实现了基于工电供一体化平台的作业可视化系统。文章提出组件与数据动态绑定模型,实现可视化组件与业务数据的动态联动;构建规则驱动的计划自动分解与可视化编排机制,实现多专业任务的智能统筹;建立基于时空基准的统一作业数据模型,实现跨专业计划数据的融合展示与超范围预警。该系统实现了多场景多专业作业全流程协同管理与可视化管控,试点应用结果表明,该系统能够有效提升现场管理效能,强化作业分工的科学性与合理性,为安全卡控提供有力的辅助。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low efficiency in multi-disciplinary joint operation and management, ambiguous division of responsibilities among various disciplines, and inadequate safety risk control, this paper designed and implemented an operation visualization system based on the integrated platform for railway permanent way, communication and signaling, and power supply. It adopted a dynamic binding model of components and data to realize the dynamic linkage between visualization components and business data; constructed a rule-driven mechanism for automatic plan decomposition and visual scheduling to realize intelligent coordination of multi-disciplinary tasks; and established a unified operation data model based on spatiotemporal benchmarks to realize integrated display and over-range early warning of cross-disciplinary plan data. The system realizes full-process collaborative management and visual control of multi-disciplinary operations under multiple scenarios. Pilot application results show that the system improves on-site management efficiency, strengthens the scientificity and rationality of the division of operational responsibilities, and provides effective support for railway operation safety control.
