基于零信任的铁路信息系统应急接入方案研究

Research on zero trust-based emergency access scheme for railway information systems

  • 摘要: 为满足铁路信息系统故障应急处置的时效性与安全性需求,基于零信任安全等关键技术,设计安全稳定的应急接入方案。该方案构建接入、链路、堡垒机3层防御机制,通过零信任安全控制器持续进行身份认证、用户行为监控、安全审计,动态下发安全策略。同时结合实际运维场景,规范应急接入、事后审查与日常维护的全流程管理,有效防范未授权接入、数据篡改等风险。该方案可支撑二线运维工程师及三线厂商技术人员远程安全高效地处置故障,为铁路运输关键业务的连续性提供可靠支撑。

     

    Abstract: To satisfy the timeliness and security requirements for emergency troubleshooting of railway information system faults, this paper designs a secure and stable emergency access scheme based on key technologies including zero-trust security. The scheme establishes a three-layer defense system consisting of access layer, link layer and bastion host layer. The zero-trust security controller implements continuous identity authentication, user behavior monitoring and security auditing, and distributes security policies dynamically. In combination with practical operation and maintenance scenarios, full-process management covering emergency access, post-incident review and routine maintenance is standardized, which effectively guards against risks such as unauthorized access and data tampering. This scheme allows second-line operation and maintenance engineers and third-line manufacturer technicians to resolve faults remotely, safely and efficiently, and delivers solid support for the continuous operation of core railway transportation businesses.
