Abstract:
To centrally display global railway technological developments, expand the monitoring scope, and improve the service level of railway scientific and technical intelligence, this paper designed and implemented a global railway dynamic intelligence monitoring system. The system adopted automatic collection and processing technologies for multi-source heterogeneous information to centrally aggregate overseas railway dynamic information resources. Relying on multilingual machine translation technologies tailored for the railway industry, it realized professional translation of multi-format railway information and supported Chinese retrieval and bilingual comparative reading. By applying automatic classification and indexing technologies for scientific literature, the system automatically indexed and categorized massive heterogeneous information and delivered classified displays by country and discipline. Adopting large model-based intelligent report generation technologies, it automatically compiled analysis reports on cutting-edge development trends in the railway sector. The construction of this system enables railway practitioners to timely grasp global railway developments, delivers intelligence support for specialized research and scientific and technological innovation across the railway industry, facilitates railway scientific and technological advances, and empowers the high-quality development of the railway sector.
