基于工作流的编组站作业协同一体化管控系统设计与实现

Design and implementation of workflow-based integrated control system for marshalling yard operation collaboration

  • 摘要: 为全面提升编组站车辆周转与解编作业效率,文章采用工作流技术,设计并实现了编组站作业协同一体化管控系统。该系统重点对接发列车与越区转场作业实行统一计划审批与过程集中监控,实现作业指令和联络信息的规范化电子化传递,以显示信息自动实时更新的电子占线板替代手工占线板,支持多岗位流程化规范化高效协同及全站作业可视化集中监控。在兰州局编组站应用表明,该系统显著提升了接发列车与调车作业的协同效率与安全监控水平,为编组站整体作业过程管控提供强有力技术支撑,促进了编组站生产管理数字化转型。

     

    Abstract: To comprehensively improve the efficiency of train flow sorting and turnover operations in marshalling yards, this paper adopts workflow technology to design and implement an integrated control system for marshalling yard operation collaboration. This system focuses on implementing unified plan approval and centralized process monitoring for train receiving/departing and cross-yard transfer operations. It standardizes and digitizes the transmission of operation instructions and communication messages. Manual track occupancy boards are replaced with electronic ones that automatically update display information in real time. The system enables efficient, standardized workflow-based collaboration among multiple posts and delivers visualized centralized monitoring of all station operations.The application at the marshalling yards of Lanzhou Railway Bureau shows that the system significantly improves the collaborative efficiency and safety monitoring level of train receiving/departing and shunting operations, provides strong technical support for the overall operational process management of marshalling yards, and advances the digital transformation of marshalling yard production management.
