Abstract:
Aiming at the characteristics of multi-dimensional units and difficulty in weight determination existing in performance analysis indicators for high-speed railway train routing, this paper established an evaluation index system from the transformation perspective of transportation cost input, service level and economic benefit output of train routing. It constructed a train routing performance evaluation method based on Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and realized the calculation of service output efficiency and economic output efficiency as well as the analysis of its adjustment strategies. Case analyses indicated that the proposed method reflects the overall transformation efficiency of multiple inputs and multiple outputs of train routing. Further analyses combining input slacks and output shortages help identify key adjustment points of train routing, and have favorable application value for improving resource utilization efficiency and guiding train operation adjustment decisions.
