基于特征匹配的列车水箱水满检测算法研究

Water fullness detection algorithm for train water tanks based on feature matching

  • 摘要: 针对列车上水作业中水箱水满检测技术智能化水平低、人工依赖度高、易造成水资源浪费等问题,设计了一种基于特征匹配的列车上水水箱水满检测算法。文章介绍了水满检测原理及控制系统,利用改进梯度检测及动态时间规整技术,实现对水满压力曲线特征的精确识别。通过模拟现场上水作业环境,围绕多种复杂场景下水箱水满溢出前后的水压变化规律开展实验。实验结果表明,该算法可适配不同结构与体积的水箱,有良好的实时性与鲁棒性,有助于提升列车上水作业的自动化水平与安全性。

     

    Abstract: This paper designed a water fullness detection algorithm for train water tanks based on feature matching to solve the prominent problems in train water filling operations, including low intelligence of tank fullness detection, heavy reliance on manual operation and serious waste of water resources. It illustrated the full-water detection principle and control system, and adopted improved gradient detection and dynamic time warping technologies to accurately extract feature information from pressure curves under full-water conditions. The paper built an experimental platform by simulating actual on-site water filling operation environments and carried out experiments to explore the variation laws of water pressure before and after tank overflow in multiple complex scenarios. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is applicable to water tanks with various structures and capacities, and delivers favorable real-time performance and robustness. It effectively improves the automation degree and operation safety of train water filling operations.
