铁路职工自适应在线学习系统的研究及应用

Adaptive online learning system for railway employee

  • 摘要: 针对铁路职工培训中学习资源分散、课程适配度低、学习参与度不足及培训效果难以量化评估等问题,设计了铁路职工自适应在线学习系统,阐述了其架构。基于学习路径生成、主观题自动评分和学习社群推荐算法等技术,实现了资源管理、课程管理、课程学习和系统管理等功能。试用情况表明,该系统可为铁路企业提供高效智能的职工培训方案,有助于降低管理成本、提升学习积极性,可为促进企业知识共享与创新能力提升提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems including scattered learning resources, poor curriculum adaptability, insufficient learning participation and difficulty in quantitative evaluation of training effects existing in railway employee training, this paper designed an adaptive online learning system for railway employees and illustrated its overall architecture. Based on technologies such as learning path generation, automatic subjective question scoring and learning community recommendation algorithms, the system realized functions covering resource management, curriculum management, course learning and system management. Practical application results show that the system can provide efficient and intelligent employee training schemes for railway enterprises. It helps reduce management costs and enhance employees’ learning initiative, and also offers technical support for promoting enterprise knowledge sharing and improving innovation capacity.
