Abstract:
In view of the problems including scattered learning resources, poor curriculum adaptability, insufficient learning participation and difficulty in quantitative evaluation of training effects existing in railway employee training, this paper designed an adaptive online learning system for railway employees and illustrated its overall architecture. Based on technologies such as learning path generation, automatic subjective question scoring and learning community recommendation algorithms, the system realized functions covering resource management, curriculum management, course learning and system management. Practical application results show that the system can provide efficient and intelligent employee training schemes for railway enterprises. It helps reduce management costs and enhance employees’ learning initiative, and also offers technical support for promoting enterprise knowledge sharing and improving innovation capacity.
