Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of wide sources, complex structures and scattered management of inspection and monitoring data of railway infrastructure, this paper designed and implemented the Data Aggregation System for Railway Infrastructure Inspection and Monitoring. The paper expounded the overall architecture, technical architecture and functions of the system, adopted the data quality rule base and dynamic rule engine technology, constructed a three-level quality control mechanism of rule mapping, hierarchical matching and dynamic execution, and realized hierarchical progressive verification of data quality. It utilized efficient uploading and fault-tolerant technologies for multi-source heterogeneous data to optimize the aggregation efficiency of multi-source data including manual uploading and train-ground wireless transmission. It integrated SM2/SM4 hybrid encryption technology to ensure the security of data transmission. Application results in multiple railway depots and stations show that the system can increase the integrity of inspection and monitoring data to 98.2% and standard compliance rate to 99.7%. It effectively addresses the challenges of multi-source data aggregation and quality control, and provides reliable data support for full-life cycle management and intelligent operation and maintenance of railway infrastructure.
