Abstract:
To improve the passage efficiency of container trucks entering and leaving railway station and yard, increase the utilization rate of container areas and slots, and realize data interconnection between intelligent equipment and production systems, this paper designed an Internet of Things-driven digital station and yard system for railway logistics. It expounded the overall architecture and operational processes of the system. Based on image recognition, Beidou positioning and other technologies, the system realized multiple functions, including digital access control, digital container yard and refined station and yard management. The system has been put into practical application in Shandong Jitie Heze Logistics Park. Practical application shows that the system can effectively enhance the efficiency of container truck access and container loading and unloading, optimize the utilization of container slot resources, and support managers to grasp the real-time operation status of station and yard with remarkable application effects. It provides replicable solutions for the digital transformation of railway logistics station and yard.
